The law degree she earned was at Yale Law School, where she served as an Coker Fellow and a law clerk for the Judge Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit located in San Juan Puerto Rico. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York (2003) as well as the State Bar of Connecticut (2003). Asha has published a number of op-eds which include in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal The Washington Post. Asha also works as a legal advisor with ABC News. Asha is on the board of Just Security, and she's a Council of Foreign Relations member.
